Donations in memory of your loved one
or in honor of someone special.

To commemorate the life of a loved one with a gift in their memory, or to make a donation
in honor of someone special, please fill out the Memorial or Honor Gifts form.

When you make a memorial donation in your loved ones memory or a honor gift for that special someone, we will send a personalized acknowledgement to the recipient or family that you have made a donation in memory or honor of that special person.

Print the donation form and mail it with your donation to the parish office.
You may also print the form and drop it off in person at the parish office during office hours.
